Shipping charges will be refunded only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective.

Upon receipt of your order, please examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, use the Return Form from your Packing Slip. Make sure to advise us reason for return on form.

All products must be returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Footwear items must be returned in their original box and all tags must be attached for both footwear and apparel items. Items purchased from a retail store cannot be returned to Lugz Online. Items purchased from Lugz Online cannot be returned to a retail store.

To ensure a full refund, be sure to place the shoe box in a SHIPPING box when shipping the item. Lugz Online suggests that when shipping product back, customers should return the item via pre-paid insured mail. Be sure to insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. Lugz is not responsible for returned product in transit.

Upon receipt of your order at our warehouse, providing everything is correct, we will credit the original purchase. An email confirmation notifying you of the credit will be sent to the email address provided on your order. Allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

We do not offer exchanges for items returned in the mail at this time. If any item is returned via mail and meets the pre-defined return criteria, the necessary credit will be applied to the customer's account.
