ReturnsShipping charges will be fully refunded ONLY if Lugz.com has sent the wrong item or the item is found to be defective.
Upon receipt of your order, please examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, return merchandise and include your order number from the packing slip. Make sure to advise us the reason for your return.
All items must be returned in NEW condition within 30 days of purchase to the SHIP FROM location on your packing slip. Items must be returned in their original packaging and all tags must be attached.
Items purchased from any retail store, cannot be returned to Lugz.com. Items purchased from Lugz.com, cannot be returned to any retail store.
To ensure a full refund, the shoe box MUST be packed into a SHIPPING box. Lugz.com suggests that when shipping items back, the customer should return the item via pre-paid insured mail. You should insure the item for full purchase value. Lugz.com is not responsible for returned items which are lost or damaged in transit.
Upon receipt of your return to our warehouse, provided everything is correct, Lugz.com will credit the original purchase in full.
An email confirmation notifying you of the credit will be sent to the email address provided on your original order.
Allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Lugz.com does not offer exchanges for items returned in the mail at this time.
