All interested retailers should email sales@lugz.com, leave the store name, full address, telephone number and a contact person and a Lugz representative will contact you, with the steps necessary to open an account. Put a proposal in writing explaining the event, location, and a response deadline date. Also, include in your proposal what type of sponsorship you are requesting, either product or monetary. Only if it is a project that we can work on, will you hear back from us. Please do not send attachments. Send all information in the body of your email. Right now we do not have catalogs for the general public, however you can see all of our current styles in the Lugz store on this site. Since we are a fashion company, we update our product lines each season, so shoes or garments that were available more that one calendar year ago, may not still be in production. Anyone in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canda, USVI, PR, GUAM and APO/FPO addresses can order online from our Lugz store. Right now we won't be accepting creative or original materials from the public, but we may have contests in the future and we'll keep you posted. Currently Lugz is only conducting US domestic and some Canadian business. If you live outside these areas, you can try and get Lugz product from our online business partners or from our catalog vendors. If you choose to register with us at Club Lugz, a cookie allows us to recognize you when you return to our site and allows you to access your account information. The Lugz website may contain links to other sites that are not under our control. These websites have their own policies regarding privacy.
